Implementační balíček obsahuje:

• Výběr a provedení pilotních projektů
• Nástroj pro posuzovaní procesů (vyvinutý Pierrem Risgauxem z ETS)
• Šablonu pilotního plánu projektu
• Šablonu zprávy pilotního projektu
• Šablonu dohody o zachování důvěrnosti poskytovaných informací
